TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RACQ 150 Great Things To Do

The following terms and conditions apply for the RACQ 150 Great Things To Do promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 5th January and cease Friday 16th December 2009

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                            Listeners are invited to register their details at their local Prime Radio website. 

3. PRIZE
See individual Prime Radio stations for specific prize details in each region.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Winners will be announced on air at time of winning. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
